Acceptance

By downloading or using Platen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

License

Platen is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on any Mac signed in to your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard App Store terms.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all forms, documents, and PDFs you create with Platen. We claim no rights to your content.

Disclaimer

Platen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that exported PDFs will be compatible with every PDF reader or that form fields will render identically across all platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Platen.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Platen after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
