Platen is a macOS application that runs entirely on your device. We believe your data belongs to you. This policy explains what information we do and don't collect.

Data We Don't Collect

• We do not collect personal information
• We do not track your usage or behavior
• We do not use analytics or tracking frameworks
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties
• Your form designs and documents never leave your device except through iCloud sync

iCloud Sync

If you use iCloud, your form documents are stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. We have no access to your iCloud data. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in System Settings.

Support Emails

If you contact us through the support form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and do not add you to any mailing lists.

Website

This website (platen.ink) does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. Server logs may record standard access information (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security purposes. These logs are not shared with third parties.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
